Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for coaching services between the coaching provider (hereinafter “Coach”) based in Switzerland and the customer (hereinafter “Customer”), regardless of whether the Customer has his or her place of residence or business in Switzerland or Germany.

Deviating conditions of the customer are only valid if they have been expressly accepted in writing by the coach.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The coach offers services in the areas of personal development, business coaching, handwriting analysis, and similar. Services are agreed upon individually and can take place online (e.g., via Zoom) or in-person.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by:

• a written or electronic registration of the customer (e.g. by email, booking form, online platform), and

• a written or electronic confirmation from the coach.

By registering, the customer confirms that he has read and accepted the terms and conditions.

4. Services and implementation

(1) The content, duration and objective of the coaching are agreed individually.

(2) The coach is entitled to postpone or reschedule individual coaching sessions, in particular for health or organizational reasons.

(3) The coach provides the services to the best of his knowledge and belief, but is not obliged to achieve a specific result.

5. Prices and payment terms

(1) All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

(2) The prices valid at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply.

(3) Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due for payment within 10 days of invoicing.

(4) In case of late payment, the coach may charge reminder fees and default interest (up to 5%).

6. Appointment cancellations and cancellations

(1) Appointments for handwriting analysis consultations can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Handwriting analyses already completed are non-refundable.

(2) In case of short-term cancellation or non-appearance, the session will be charged in full.

(3) For package bookings, the following applies: Packages that have already been started cannot be refunded.

7. Disclaimer

(1) The coach is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence.

(2) No liability is assumed for indirect and consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit or health consequences).

(3) Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice. The client bears full responsibility for his or her decisions.

9. Data protection and confidentiality

(1) All personal data and content of the coaching sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.

(2) The provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.

(3) No data will be passed on to third parties without the customer’s written consent.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

(1) Swiss law shall apply exclusively to the contractual relationship.

(2) The place of jurisdiction is the coach’s registered office in Switzerland.

(3) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
